Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal US residents of one of the 50 United States. The individual should be of 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, directors, contractors, and officers of Halloween Wholesalers; parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies of Sponsor; those involved in administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes, including its affiliates and agents, and their respective immediate family members.The sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,United States of America.
Sweepstakes Period
Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on October 12, 2020, until 5:00 PM Eastern Time on October 21, 2020.
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the website Sweepstakes Link to complete and submit the online entry form. Incorrect and incomplete entries are void.
There is a limit of one entry per eligible person during the Sweepstakes period. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be accepted, disqualifying additional entries. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt made to obtain more than one entry using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or logins may void your entries and you will be disqualified.
Prize
One winner will receive 1 piece of AtmosFEARfx Phantasms HD SD Card for Halloween Decoration as shown and selected on the entry form. Winner must accept the prize stated by Sponsor or the prize may be forfeited. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable in cash. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that we can use his/her name, address, photograph, or other information for advertising or promotion, without any additional compensation.There is zero cash value of the prize.

Winner Selection
One potential winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes period. The potential winner will be contacted either by phone, email or in writing. The potential winner will be required to respond within 48 hours from the time of initial notification. If the respective winner fails to respond, a new winner will be selected. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Acceptance of conditions within three calendar days. If the winner fails to execute the paperwork within the stipulated time, he/she may be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
Limitation of Liability and Release
By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant releases and discharges Sponsor and parties from any claims, damages, and liabilities, arising from or relating to entrant’s participation. Sponsor and parties do not assume any liability or responsibility arising from any user’s participation in or attempt to participate or ability or inability to upload information in connection to Sweepstakes. Sponsor and parties do not assume responsibility or liability for technical problems or malfunctions arising with following occurrences: hardware errors, software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, wireless or internet connectivity; errors or limitations of internet service providers, hosts, servers; internet traffic congestion; unauthorized human or non-human intervention in Sweepstakes operation. Sponsor and parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in prize announcement or these rules, or any data contained on the website. Sponsor and parties are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss sustained to user’s or other person’s equipment resulting from participation, use of the website, or download of information from the website. Sponsor and parties are not liable that any portion of Sweepstakes is canceled due to weather, strike, fire, acts of war, or any condition beyond their control.
General Conditions
Entry materials that have been altered or tampered with are void. If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of sweepstakes, or if computer bugs, virus, fraud, or failures corrupt, affect or compromise the integrity, administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers the entry process. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated at any point in time, notice will be posted on the website. Any attempt to damage the website or operation of Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from the individual to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
